San Diego Fawn Rescue was established in 2013 by Shawnie Williams. It is a non-profit run by trained volunteers. We transport, shelter, and provide care for orphaned fawns from all over San Diego County. Our goal is to release a healthy young deer back into the wild. During the months required for their care, we incur costs to maintain the enclosure, provide formula and proper foods, medical care, and supplies necessary to ensure proper health. Fundraisers and donations are the means by which we raise money to provide these services.
